Even computer novices know that file backups are important in case of hard drive crashes, but many people wonder exactly how to back up files and how to recover data.In this free seminar, we will cover how to use Backup and Restore feature in Windows 7 which can help and save you a lot of time and trouble. We will also cover how you can backup for precious files in your Mac.

No equipment is necessary for this session, though if you have an iPad, Mac or PC laptop, you may wish to bring it to follow along with some of the demos.
